About Christina Magee

I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, County, and Appellate Mediator, a Florida Qualified Arbitrator and a panelist for mediation and arbitration with the American Arbitration Association.

I focus my neutral practice on employment disputes and consumer contract matters, including claims involving workplace conflict, compensation issues, and contractual disagreements. I am also sought out for personal injury, negligence and insurance mediations.

Before transitioning to neutral services, I developed substantial experience analyzing and resolving complex disputes, which informs my structured and pragmatic approach to mediation. I use a facilitative model with an emphasis on preparation, persistence, and clarity. I work closely with parties to identify decision barriers, manage expectations, and guide negotiations toward resolution — even in cases where positions are initially entrenched.

My prior litigation experience on both sides of the aisle provides broad insight and perspective. I am known for maintaining momentum in complex or high-conflict cases.

In addition to my mediation work, I serve as an arbitrator in both binding and non-binding matters. I am also engaged in ongoing analysis of mediator ethics and the evolving role of neutrality, including the impact of rule changes and professional responsibilities in dual-role practice and AI’s impact on the neutral’s evolving role.
